Development Board second Annual Business League Volleyball
tournament

The second annual Anguilla Development Board Business league
Volleyball tournament will commence on Friday June 6th with
a knock out tournament at the Webster Park Volleyball
court. The participating teams are The Police,
Teachers, Anglec, Construction, MICUH
and new comers’ the Sports Department. Teams have
been practicing very hard at the newly resurfaced volleyball
court and have been challenging each other to see who the
best is.
The Knock out cup will be followed by a Round Robin
tournament which is expected to last for the month of June.
Teams have been speculating that there will be a new
champion in both the knock out and the round robin
tournament. This and all other volleyball questions will be
answered at the Ronald Webster Volleyball Court.
Later this month Anguilla will be represented at the FIVB
31st Congress which will be held in Dubai from June
16th-17th 2008. Financing for this venture was provided
courtesy of the North, Central American and Caribbean
Volleyball Region (NORCECA).
