Registration For Apple Theatre Programme Open

Young persons between the ages of 12-18 are encouraged to
register for the APPLE Summer Theatre Programme. The
programme takes place at the Ruthwill Auditorium from June
30-July 19th 2008. Persons interested in taking part should
register by visiting the Ruthwill Auditorium between 9:30 am
-3:30 pm before Thursday 3rd July, 2008.
APPLE (Anguillian People Performing Live Entertainment) has
produced several shows in the past including Anne of Green
Gables, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,
Children of Eden, Once upon an Island, and Voices of
Anguilla, as well as a music and dance variety show called
Journeys.
This summer young people will have the opportunity to work
cooperatively with others to create some exciting new pieces
of art. Areas of focus will include short plays, dance, and
music pieces as well as some other interesting kinds of
performance. No experience is necessary and everyone is
welcome. This is a great opportunity for students to learn
something new and have an exciting project to take part in
during the summer.
